About Myself

I grew up in Montana on a farm and cattle ranch where I learned the value of hard work, the importance of balance, family and the power of mother nature. I graduated with a degree in psychology from Carroll College in Helena Montana in 1993 before transferring to the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle Washington where I graduated with my Occupational therapy degree in 1996. I have obtained advanced certification in hand therapy and earned my CHT in November of 2006. I have also earned certifications in ergonomics, reposturing dynamics for the upper extremity and in the weight room, and obtained energy medicine certifications in both the Emotion Code and Body Code from Discover Healing  with training from Dr Brad Nelson.  I also have certification in Functional Medicine and I combine all forms of healing in my practice. I am a passionate healer with an alternative approach to treatment, and I’m dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible to experience optimal health and wellbeing using a unique systemized approach.
